Terms and Conditions for the Cazasouq Trading Raffle Competition

1. Promoter:

   The promoter is Cazasouq Trading, located at Office 24 - Building 380, Block 373, Rd No 7307, Manama - Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Eligibility:

   The competition is open to residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain and all supported countries listed on the Cazasouq Trading website, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Cazasouq Trading, close relatives of such employees, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

3. How to Enter:

   To enter the raffle, you must purchase the specified items [Devo monitors or Devo chairs] worth a minimum of 40 Bahraini Dinar (BD) from Cazasouq Trading within the competition period.

4. Competition Period:

   The competition starts on April 17, 2025, and ends on October 13, 2025. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

5. Prizes:

   • 1st Prize: BMW 230i 2025
   • 2nd Prize: PC build and Nintendo switch
   • 3rd Prize: Playstation 5

   Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives and must be accepted as offered.

6. Winner Selection:

   Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place after the closing date, under the supervision of the MOIC.

7. Winner Notification:

   The winners will be notified by email and/or direct message on social media (if available) within 7 days of the draw. If not collected within 6 months, the prize is transferred to MOIC custody.

8. Announcement of Winners:

   The winners will be publicly announced on November 2, 2025. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names and images in such publicity.

9. Prize Claim:

   As per MOIC regulations, the winner has 6 months to claim the prize. If not collected within 6 months, the prize is transferred to MOIC custody.

10. Permitted Use of Data:

    All data shared during registration will be used exclusively for the execution of this competition. No data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

11. Amendment to the Terms:

    Cazasouq Trading reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, after MOIC approval. If, for any reason, the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition, after MOIC approval.

12. Disputes:

    This promotion is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be adjudicated in the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

13. Agreement to Rules:

    By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. Additionally, the entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Cazasouq Trading as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition, after MOIC approval.
